Individual Psychotherapy
When in an individual session, only the client and therapist are present. We try to create a safe space in which you feel comfortable discussing your concerns. The content of our sessions will remain confidential and are protected within the parameters set by Florida Laws and professional ethical codes. Confidentiality is further discussed in your first session.

We provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length and can occur in-person or remotely through videoconferencing.

In-person Sessions
Attending an in-person session means the therapist and client are present in the same room within close proximity to each other.
These sessions take place at the physical office location in Lakeland. All documents and forms will be reviewed at the first session.
Remote sessions take place synchronously, face-to-face through videoconferencing services. This means the client and therapist are separated only by place and can visually see each other while talking. There are slightly different procedures for initial paperwork, but general sessions occur very similarly to in-person.
